Hi Marc,
I would recommend adding the tax rates that are applicable for at least the other EU countries. We don't currently have a means of blocking users from other countries from signing up.
We are actively working on a few approaches to better handle taxes in an automated manner which we hope to see go live in the next few months.

Hello Outseta, When configuring Outseta for clients, we generally activate "Collect taxes" on the plan(s). In the corresponding settings Billing > Settings > Tax Rates we enter the Tax Rates for countries in the target range for the client. This is – in our case – mostly Germany, Austria, Swiss. Now, if a person from another country wants to sign up, e.g. Denmark, they can and will not be charged any taxes. My questions are: 1. Do you recommend setting up taxes for basically ALL countries there are with the appropriate tax rates? 2. Can it be made so, that people from countries that are not in the list, be exempted from the possibility of signing up? Thank you and sunny greetings Marc
